Prof.dr. Carmen Teodosiu<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Carmen Teodosiu<\/strong> is Professor and director of Department Environmental Engineering and Management from \u201eGheorghe Asachi<\/em>\u201d Technical University Iasi (TUIASI), Romania. She obtained her Chemical engineering degree at TUIASI (1981), Post-graduate <\/em>and Master of Science with distinction<\/em> in Environmental Science & Technology (1994-1996), both at IHE Institute for Water Education Delft, Netherlands. Ph.D. title <\/em>in Chemistry<\/em> was awarded by TUIASI (1998). From 2008 to 2016, she was Vice-Rector for research and Director of TUIASI Doctoral schools. Her research interests are: Advanced wastewater treatment, Integrated water resources management, Environmental & Sustainability assessments<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prof. Carmen Teodosiu published more than 198 scientific papers in international peer-reviewed journals, 29 books& book chapters, 8 patents, Hirsch index=26 (Scopus <\/em>and WoS<\/em>) and H=30 (Google Scholar<\/em>). She was involved, as coordinator\/PI, in 224 research projects funded by European& National agencies or industries. She is a PhD supervisor in Chemical<\/em> Engineering<\/em> (since 2005) and Environmental Engineering<\/em> (since 2009) domains and 15 candidates received their PhD titles under her supervision. Prof. Teodosiu received the Doctor Honoris Causa<\/em> award from Pannonia University Veszprem, Hungary. She is the initiator and chairperson of International Conference in Environmental Engineering and Management (ICEEM),<\/em> with its 11th<\/sup> edition in 2021 (4 previous editions were organized in Hungary, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, www.iceem.ro<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prof.dr. Carmen Teodosiu is member of Editorial Boards and Subject Editor of the international peer-reviewed journals: Sustainable Production and Consumption, Journal of Cleaner Production, Water, Environmental Engineering and Management<\/em> and Guest Editor of Special Issues<\/em> of the journals: Process Safety and Environmental Protection, Sustainable Production and Consumption, Water, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering and Management.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
